LODGING
Because the outdoors
is such a big part of the essence of this camp, the outdoors is where
we strongly recommend that you sleep. There will be plenty of space
to set up tents. There are also free cabins that are essentially primitive
shelters with 4 beds each and a bathhouse nearby.
For parents or
guardians that would rather not deal with outdoor sleeping, there
is a Park hotel and an RV site. You can make arrangements by calling
615-797-9052. The Deerfield Inn in Fairview is also nearby, their
number is 615-799-4701; or the Comfort Inn in Dickson is at 615- 446-2423.
YOU WILL NEED
A CAR if you choose to stay at any of the hotels or the RV site.
If you plan to
come into Nashville before the day of camp or leave after the last
day, here are some hotels in Nashville with free airport shuttle service
(so you can take their shuttle back to the airport to meet our shuttle,
and never have to pay for a taxi!):
