I wrote this song in Maui Hawaii over New Years. I needed more songs for the CD so I took this trip to clear my head and let some music come through. I came home with this song.

Notes:

• This is one of two songs that I had originally planned on having Des're sing.
• Tabitha Fair sang the demo. (very well) She sings "Hero" on this CD.
• Allyson's vocals were recorded at home.
• Allyson didn't want me to use her scatting in the background of the breakdown. (sorry Allyson)

• Check out the cool trumpet note just after the 1st chorus before the 2nd verse
