I knew that I wanted a song with this title so I sat down one night to write it. The music and the verse melody came pretty quickly. I recorded the bass line as a demo but decided to keep it because it was sort of hard to play and I didn't want to do it again.
I needed lyrics so I gave my friend Jonathan a tape of the music and asked him to come up with something for me. I liked what he came up with. We worked on the lyrics together until we came up with this. I like the lyrics a lot.

Notes:

• This is Jonathan and Andrea's first recording. (Pretty good don't u think?)
• This is also Jonathan's first song writing release.
• U can usually find Jonathan at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville every Wednesday.
• The Vocals and Bass were recorded in my living room.
• The drum loop and effects were played using the Roland Groove Box.
• Count Bass D did his rap in only 2 takes.
• There is a instrumental version of this song on the Yin CD.
